How my Young Living journey started

I started this spiritual journey like many years ago. Made a new instagram account and got to know tons of people who are using essential oils. I got so curious about it and started ask 1000 questions to this girl I wanted to buy the starterkit from. I followed her a while and thought, ok, now its the time. I went and check out the different starterkits and i was chocked with the price. HAHA. I believe every single person reacts the same. I told her hey, this is crazy expensive but decided anyways to buy the most expensive kit. The Aria. I know. It´s hilarious. So basically that´s where I started this, year 2020.

When I got my starterkit, I remember I was so afraid of it. I didnt dare to put too much drops in the diffuser so I started with few drops only. I had huge respect for the oils. Well another reason was also because I thought it was so strong scent but now i put drops however. Im not scared anymore and I have higher tolerance.

I was 6 month investigating this company. From top to toe. Is it non tox, is it quality stuff, How its the process from seed to deal, is this company good, who are those who started this company and tons of other things. It turned out it was an amazing company with tons of high quality products, beautiful opportunities, much freebies, awesome community. So after a while I thought for myself. OK, I want to start selling this products. I wanna start this YL business, I want to help other people, I want to develop, I want to start a new adventure and leave this working place I dont like to be in. Health care. Best thing I ever did! Here my journey started.

I can honestly say. People was laughing at me when I told them about my new idea! People around me was like. Pfff.. You will never succeed. That was all I heard. You will never make money in this. You will never get anywhere with this. I have heard this my whole life so I thought to myself, I can. I want. I will. I will succeed with this. Look at me now. No one is laughing anymore ^____^

New shoes, new problems. Marigold rescue🌿

3 days ago I bought lovely boots for myself. I was so happy and price was good after a juicy discount. Went home and put them on for a second try.
Wow amazing. I fell inlove and was so happy.
Next day I put on my beloved new boots. Was happy walking with them, thinking about life and watch the nature around me.
Suddenly it start hurt on my heels but I continue walking. Starting to hurt more and more for each step I took. Haha I was walking like a penguin in the end. Must have looked funny.
At work I took of my new boots. Change cloth to work cloth and changed sock. What do I see?

I am totally broken. I began to feel sad. New shoes, new problems. Well this problem is always fixable like all other problems in this planet. So I decided to make a MariGold ornament for my feet.
This plant has an amazing antibacterial and antiseptic effect.

Marigold oil/salve/ornament, whatever you call it in English haha, helps the rash of bug bites. Example mosquitoes, bed bugs etc. It neutralizes the effects on stings and bites. Marigold oil prevents the microbe growth in the body and its infections as well. It also good for dermatitis, skin ailments, burn marks, dry skin, eksema, acne, wounds, bug bites and lots of other things.
Its antiflamatory and repairing the skin. Healing properties. Flavonoids, antioxidant.
Doesn’t matter your skin type. Marigold is good for both dry and oily skin.



Well I made an ornament.

20g Beewax (depends how hard you want the ornament to be)
100ml Marigold oil
Essential oils lavender 5 drops(optional)
Vitamin E (optional)

And Empty jar/jars


Put beeswax and marigold oil in a heat-resistant bowl.
About 20 grams of beeswax per deciliter of marigold oil is enough. If you want a softer ornament, take less beewax.
Place the bowl in a water bath on the stove and stir until everything is melted. Quickly pour into clean glass jars before the ointment solidifies.
For longer shelf life, you can add a drop of vitamin E as well.

So this is what I put on my feet last night. My feet in the picture is day after I put this cream on my wounds. And if you think they look bad now? Imagen how they look yesterday haha.


Young living lavender. Antiseptic: Lavender oil can be used to treat skin infections due to its ability to fight bacteria and viruses. It can also treat burning symptoms or various types of infections. Pain relieving Lavender oil can relieve pain and swelling associated with dermatological disorders.
Anti-inflammatory: Lavender oil can also relieve symptoms of infection. Respiratory diseases Lavender oil can relieve respiratory problems such as flu, colds, coughs, asthma and sore throats. You can also rub a little on your neck and back or inhale it like steam. Etc

I want to start with telling you a bit about myself. I am Nathalie. I grew up in Stockholm, Sweden and lived there for 18 years. My mother one day suddenly decided to move to Finland, Helsinki because she fell inlove with a Finnish man and of course all kids just followed her here. So here I am. I have 2 kids, Working in health care, taking care of people. Which I love doing and have done whole life. I love it here. Its calm and nice place to live. Nature here is just awesome. Living near a water fall ♡.

Off course I miss Sweden. The language and the people. Sweeds are different than Finns. In Sweden they are more social and easy going but I am used to this Finnish culture already.

Anyways, I have so many things I like and so many hobbies. One of them is essential oils. Not any oils but oils from Young Living.I trust them completely and here I am. Starting this oily low toxic journey which I want to share with you guys.
